Growing home-based medical practice searching for a professional, self-motivated, office team member.
Applicants are required to have the following:
- Professional demeanor with coworkers and clients
- Pass a background check and urine drug screen
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Use of Electronic Health records to take off referrals and input new patients
- Use of Excel to maintain referral tracking data
- Make and receive phone calls to and from patients and other members of the healthcare team.
- Use of Microsoft Teams for intra-office communications
- The applicant will report directly to the Lead Patient Care Coordinator
- Build daily schedules for mobile care teams throughout multiple states.
- Medical office experience and/or customer support service is a plus.
Pay will be based upon experience.
Full-time, 8a - 4:30p or 9a - 5:30p
